  1. Registration of students will be done by the institute as per Academic Calendar. The registration form is given is Annexure A.
  2. All entries in Registration form must have the photograph of student along with signatures. Other required documents should be attached.
  3. The date of birth of the candidates will be verified from the following documents:
    • Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate, showing the date of birth of the applicant, issued by the last school attended. In case of Govt. Schools, the transfer certificate/school leaving certificate should be signed by the principal while in the case of private schools, it should also be countersigned by the competent education authority of the District/Chief Education Officer/Zonal Education Officer.
    • Aadhaar Card, if complete Date of Birth is mentioned.
    • Proof of Residence – Ration Card/Adhaar Card.
